Ayushi Ashar represents a new generation of real estate leadership, focused on building not just projects but the future of cities. As Director of Ashar Group, one of Mumbai’s fastest-growing real estate firms, she leads the entire development value chain—from land acquisition and design to sales, finance, and strategy. Under her leadership, the company has grown fourfold in seven years, with 17.5 million sq. ft. under development across the MMR.

A graduate of Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, Ayushi began her career at JPMorgan Chase in New York and in private equity in Atlanta before returning to Mumbai in 2018. Since then, she has led 11 major project launches and over 6,000 home sales across multiple micro-markets. Landmark developments such as The Legend by Ashar and Navroze by Ashar in Pali Hill reflect her focus on heritage sensitivity, design excellence, and premium positioning.

In 2026, she launched Ashar Urban Futures Lab, a venture studio supporting innovations in urban infrastructure and sustainability. Ayushi also serves on the Managing Committee of CREDAI-MCHI and contributes to social initiatives through the Mahavir Jain Trust, reflecting her commitment to building resilient and future-ready cities.
