Mr. Ashar has also played an important role in shaping Thane’s growth through impactful developments such as Ashar IT Park, which has generated over 80,000 jobs, and Thane’s first international school, Finland International School, which now educates more than 5,000 students. As Chairman & Managing Trustee of the Mahavir Jain Trust, he leads several healthcare and social initiatives, including Shree Mahavir Jain Hospital, Trimandir Thane, and the upcoming Dharmaveer Anand Dighe Cancer Hospital—reflecting his belief that giving back to society is not just a responsibility, but a privilege.
