The group acquired the plot at Pokharan Road No.2, Near Lok Hospital, Thane in the name of Ashar Realtors and started residential cum commercial project in the name of Ashar Residency. The firm developed Royale tower consisting 84 flats (2 BHK, 3 BHK) of 21 floors and “A” wing of Imperial building consisting 57 flats (2 BHK, 3 BHK) of 19 floors. The total saleble area of aforesaid towers in Ashar Residency is 217840 sq. ft. Building “Royale” & Imperial “A” & “B” wing have been completed successfully & possession has been given.. The total project turnover is approximately Rs 80 Crores.
