In the second phase, “Monarch”building is under construction. To execute this project the firm has decided to acquire TDR worth Rs. 1000/- Lacs. The total cost of land and construction is about Rs. 40 crore and the firm is anticipating scale value of Rs. 105 crore from the project. The project has already commenced.
